Covid-19 Update

Thank you to all our existing and new clients for the patience and support you have demonstrated through these difficult and to some extent still uncertain times.
In line with government advice we are pleased to be able to provide our EPA (End-Point Assessment) for all those needing to complete their AM2/AM2S/AM2E.
We are however still taking some additional precautionary measures to ensure that our site is safe and secure.

This is still a very unusual time for us all and we want to ensure that we continue to deliver the same high-quality service as before, and that we keep the safety and welfare of staff and customers at the forefront of what we do.
The following measures remain in place to ensure that we are Covid-19 Secure:
- We advise all candidates to continue to take Covid-19 Lateral Flow Tests where available and would ask that you do not attend if you receive a positive result.
- We respectfully ask you not to attend the centre if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
- Candidates are still encouraged to respect social distancing where possible.
- Your assessor may require you to wear a face covering during certain parts of your assessment and we appreciate your co-operation in this regard.
- On entrance there will be hand sanitiser where all candidates will be encouraged to sanitise
- Candidates will be then shown to their desk or bay which will be theirs for the duration of the assessment.
- Each candidate will have the resources required for the assessment, already on their desk or trolley which will have been cleaned prior to your use.
- Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide refreshments.
- We recommend that candidates bring their own lunch or provision to purchase from the local amenities.
- Hand sanitiser dispensers remain placed around the centre in various locations to ensure that hands are always kept clean
- We have placed informative posters around our centre to help all candidates understand the virus and how to protect themselves from it.
We want all our customers to have confidence that we are doing all we can to ensure that safety leads all elements of our operations.
This may mean that at times there are delays to certain aspects of the assessment, or that your assessment is postponed to another date. Please bear with us and respect the process that we are implementing into the business, for the safety of everyone.
